Indigo is motivated to support individuals, couples and families to achieve their potential. As a health professional Indigo works to provide counselling to facilitate client awareness and understanding of presenting issues.
Experience includes working at the Brain & Mind Centre in Sydney, at Simmons House (adolescent mental health unit) in London and now at Dementia Australia.
Indigo aims to combine her training in psychology with current holistic therapies to enable clients to resolve challenges and support change.
