Are you navigating a time of transition? Perhaps you’re ending a relationship or are in a new one, perhaps you’re coming to terms with a life changing diagnosis, preparing for motherhood, or starting a new career… You might find your sense of self is shifting and things suddenly feel uncertain and overwhelming. Whatever the circumstances, transition is something we all know intimately and must dance with constantly throughout our lives. Navigating times of transition can be an uncomfortable and confusing experience. Yet times of transition are also rites of passage that hold enormous potential for growth and self-discovery.

As an experienced psychotherapist, I work with people navigating major life transitions. My therapeutic space is warm and compassionate allowing you to be curious and explore what matters to you. As a PACFA Reg. Clinical member I engage in supervision and professional development. All are essential for me to show up in practice and hold space.

WHAT IS HOLISTIC? ~ Holistic means working with your whole being, which means it embraces the physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual aspects of who you are. The aim of holistic psychotherapy is to cultivate awareness and strengthen a healthy mind, body and spirit.
